    • OBITUARY OF MARCIA JANE MINK COLEMAN Marcia Jane Coleman, 70, of 486 S. Alfred Street, Elgin, died today in Sherman Hospital, Elgin. She was born Feb. 17, 1914, in Huntley, MT, the daughter of Monte and Lillian Adkins Mink. She had lived in Elgin most of her life, and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Elgin, the Women's Circles of the church, the Elgin Women's Club and the YWCA. Surviving are fer husband, William, whom she married, June 21, 1935; two daughters, Mrs. Joe (Sarah Jo) Jeffress of Elgin and Mrs. Steve (Marcia Lee) Kingsbury of North Branch, MN; a son, William M., of Talmoon, MN; a brother, Leon Mink of Lakeview, AR; a sister, Alice Coleman of St. Charles; and five grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Winnefred Tolley. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Laird Funeral Home, Elgin, the Rev. Carleton C. Rogers officiating. Burial will be in Little Woods Cemetery, Wayne. Visitation will be at the time of the services in the funeral home. Instead of flowers, memorials may be made to the church.
