- Thomas Goble was one of 73 members of Capt. Prentice Troopers who took part in King Philips War (1675-1676). Thomas took part in the MT. Hope Campaign 1675 and a campaign into Rhode Island (1675-76). Vol.37, New England Historical and Genealogical Register, p. 278-283 gives an account of these Campaigns, Thomas Goble's name being mentioned three times. [1]
