- OBITUARY OF ALICE MINK COLEMAN Alice Coleman, 70, of St. Charles died Monday, Oct. 27, at Delnor Community Hospital, St.Charles. She was born March 23, 1916, in Huntley, MT. She is survived by her husband, James L.; four sons, James L. Jr., Mark F. and Daniel D., all of St. Charles, and John D. of Plano, TX; a daughter, Mrs. Peggy C. Powles of St. Charles; three brothers, Leon Mink of Arkansas, Russell Mink of Elgin and John Mink of Lexington, KY; and nine grandchildren. Besides her parents, Monte and Lilian Mink, she was preceded in death by a brother, Monte Mink; and two sisters, Winnie Tolley and Marcia Coleman. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Jurs Funeral Home, St.Charles, the Rev. Gary Wollerscheim officiating. Burial will be in Little Woods Cemetery, Wayne.
